Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days free, and no card is asked for. The trial runs at Growth-level access, so you can try voice, ads and automations before you choose a plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from billing settings — no phone call, no retention maze. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Is my data ever used to train models?
No. Your data is used only to run your own agents. We do not sell it or train AI models on it, and it reaches other companies only to run the service — each one is on our sub-processor list. The DPA, part of every plan, is the contractual commitment.
Does bringing my own LLM keys cost less?
It can. With your own OpenAI / Anthropic / Gemini / xAI key, model spend goes straight from your provider account and Rigyx does not charge for it. Available on every tier.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply at your next billing cycle, so you keep what you paid for until then.
